Ivey Business School (Western University, London, Canada) is seeking to fill a postdoctoral associate position in organizational behavior and innovation/creativity for the Ivey Innovation Learning Lab.
The candidate’s activities will include collecting company-specific innovation data and writing research-related articles pertaining to the research. S/he will also be mobilizing the research to companies, applying the principles of American Pragmatism to the research process. We are agnostic to the research methods, and welcome applicants with a quantitative or qualitative orientation. The candidate must be able to work with a diverse research team and should be motivated by solving macro-social and environmental issues through corporate actions.
